Paperless World

Paperless is a concept that involves in eliminating the use of paper at home, office or school environment. While the use of paper has decreased drastically, it is still prevalent in some companies.

One of the obvious benefits of going paperless in the workplace is the increase in professional efficiency. A team member need not spend time on filing, organizing and searching for physical documents. Other paperless practices such as digital communication, electronic signatures and digital record-keeping systems help the office sustain the reduction of paper usage.

It is understood that 93% of paper comes from trees. Paper mills generally use wood from bamboo, eucalyptus and subabul trees for manufacturing paper. Subabul wood is most widely used in recent times. Besides wood, a large number of chemicals such as common salt, caustic soda, etc., are also used in different stages of paper making.

A paperless society is a society in which paper communication (written documents, mail, letters, etc.) is replaced by electronic communication and storage. It is a "go online" stage of professional and personal life where we are sailing through. Since production requirements are very high, work needs to be accomplished in a rapid manner.
